I’ve been a companion for several years – ever since one day as a student, I decided I needed to find a job to help make ends meet. I didn’t know it at the time, but this would be a turning point in my life. Almost by accident I discovered my calling and I’ve never looked back!
I see myself as the total package; a woman who is inquisitive, warm, empathetic and passionate about what I contribute to the world, who can hold an engaging conversation and who also loves nothing more than to step away from the daily stresses of life for a few moments of playfulness, fun and connection.
I’m American by background but I’ve lived abroad for the past 15 years, ultimately settling here in London back in 2019. When I first came to the UK, I worked as a healthcare consultant but it wasn’t long until I realized that what I’m really passionate about is people, not processes. After jumping from one unfulfilling job to the next, I decided to change course and open my own coaching business, using the skills I picked up as a consultant to help people make meaningful changes in their lives. You’ll see this passion for coaching reflected in some of the services that I offer.
When I’m not working, I love to explore my many passions. I’ll admit that I’m slightly sports-obsessed (I play on five different teams) but I also really value intellectual pursuits, whether that be learning interior design, working my way through the best books of all time list, or having a spirited political debate with friends at the pub.
I consider myself to be a social person but ultimately I’m an introvert at heart. I’m happiest when I get to spend one-on-one time with the people I care about and my perfect evening is a nice intimate dinner out followed by wine or cocktails.
